What does the chart mean?
The chart is displaying calculated temperatures for the front (red) and rear (green) brakes, over a
fixed perdiod of 120 seconds. During this time, the car will brake and accelerate between the two
user input speeds, at rates dependent on the brake force and engine output. The acceleration model
like the braking one is traction limited so huge power increases may not have a big effect on
brake temperatures when V1 and V2 are set at relatively low speeds.
Why does the temperature chart display cooler peaks in some instances?
The calculation only works to the nearest second, it's simply a rounding error!
Why does the braking distance get progressivly shorter if I keep adding rear brake force?
The algorithm is only set to solve for front lock up. You can continue to add rear bias past the point
that the rear tyres would lock and it will continue to add to the overall brake force. I will sort this
out, but for now make sure the 'Dynamic Bias' results stays positive!
